Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service your unit needs to be less than 1 year old.
You will be asked to upload a copy of the sales receipt to verify the warranty. If you have previously registered your product and uploaded the sales receipt, you will not need to upload the receipt.
If you do not have the receipt you can contact the retailer to obtain a copy of the receipt. If you are not able to obtain the receipt you can submit a warranty request by including a photo of the model and serial # label located on the unit.
