My microwave is making a thumping sound while the unit is operating
Make sure that the bottom of the oven cavity where the roller guide sits is free of any food debris that would prevent the roller guide from turning freely.
Inspect the roller guide to make sure the rollers turn freely and that there are no damaged rollers
Make sure that the turntable tray is positioned properly on the plastic coupler.
