Factory Warranty
If you purchased your Magic Chef microwave less than 1-year ago, we can send you free replacement parts, so long as the part isn't broken/damaged due to customer misuse (e.g. a glass tray dropped while cleaning it).
Your microwave's magnetron comes with an 8-year warranty, but we cannot ship these direct to the customer, unless proof can be provided that you are qualified to work with the high voltage electrical components.
