Arcing inside the oven cavity can be caused by food debris and grease collecting on the wave guide cover located on the right-side wall of the oven cavity.

To clean the wave guide cover, carefully remove it and use soap and water to remove any food debris and grease, and then reinstall in the unit. Do not operate the unit with the wave guide removed.
