I am having trouble registering my product

Please confirm you have done the following.

  1. Please upload the receipt. If the receipt is not available check the box "I do not want to upload my receipt/invoice at this time".

  2. Please select the retailer you purchased your unit from. If the retailer is not listed select "other".

  3. Please add the serial# field. If you cannot locate the serial number enter the number 1 in the serial number field 10 times.
