Before you install the unit...
Check the power level. The dryer requires a current approximately 12 Amperes, 120 Volts, and a 60 Hz grounded outlet.
Use of an extension cord is not recommended. If an extension cord is used:
The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at the very least equal to the electrical rating of the appliance.
The extension cord must be a grounded , 3-wire cord.
A longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the appliance where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
Install the dryer on a flat, level suface. If the surface is uneven , adjust the leveling legs. If you are going to wall mount the dryer, use the included wall-mounting kit.
